OSBD Alliance Marks Victory Day with AI-Powered Bootcamp
Open Source Bangladesh Alliance (OSBD Alliance) has celebrated Victory Day in a unique manner, focusing on collaborative efforts to achieve self-reliance in technology. The organization hosted a day-long bootcamp on December 16 at Tribute to Tejgaon in Kawran Bazar, Dhaka.
The bootcamp centered around the development of a sustainable data management infrastructure using artificial intelligence through a headless CMS project. The event culminated in a networking session in the evening.
Held for the first time, the bootcamp brought together over 70 participants divided into seven teams. The teams focused on specific tasks: the first team worked on authentication token APIs, the second on user API authentication, and the third on authorization APIs based on user checklists. The fourth team addressed login mechanisms, the fifth worked on router management, the sixth on dummy payment systems, and the seventh developed content schema APIs, all leveraging artificial intelligence.
Four mentors guided the participants throughout the bootcamp. They included Mohammad Hasan Mahfuz, CEO of Link Vision Software Solutions; Mezbah Kamal, Deputy Manager of B-Track Solutions; Syeda Naushad Jahan, COO of Loosely Coupled Technologies; and Muhsina Akter, Assistant Manager at Fiber@Home.
The bootcamp was led by IT transformation leader Mohammad Mahdi Uz Zaman, Firoz Mahmud Zahidur Rahman, CEO of Loosely Coupled Technologies, and Muhammad Asif Atique, CEO of HeadBlocks and a machine learning expert.
